Welcome to Essentials Pelvic Therapy + Wellness
Pelvic health issues are common, but not normal, and are definitely not something you have to live with.
Often, pelvic issues and pain are something that we deal with for years without seeking treatment. We give up things we enjoy doing, modify our activities, and fear we will never be able to be as we once were.
At Essentials Pelvic Therapy, I strive to help you find balance again. I specialize exclusively in pelvic therapy and difficult-to-treat conditions.
I believe in a whole-body individualized approach and believe that pelvic therapy can be beneficial regardless of the stage of life you are currently in.
It is never too early or too late to get started. Whether your goals are to be able to play with your kids without leakage, experience pain-free intimacy, or improve your bowel function, we are here for you. We would love to be a part of your healing journey.
When you chat with us, you’re talking to a real human, who cares about you and wants to get your questions answered. We provide you with the essentials to get on the road to recovery and healing.
The Pelvic Care Essentials
One-on-One Care for a Full 1-Hour Treatment Session — I believe hour-long, 1:1 sessions with a specialist are the gold standard of pelvic health care. You’ll be scheduled for a full session, never double booked or shuffled off to an aide.
You will see a true specialist — I specialize solely in pelvic health conditions and am proud of this. In my practice, pelvic rehab is not just an add-on to an orthopedic clinic or gym. Pelvic health issues are complex and you deserve expert care.
You’ll work with the same PT each time — you will not be seeing a new therapist or having to feel like you’re starting over with someone new each time. Pelvic health is a private and intimate area and after years of practicing, I have learned that it works best to stay with your primary therapist throughout your treatment plan.
Privacy in a peaceful, calm, and welcoming environment — you won’t have to wait in a busy waiting room to be called back or be concerned about being treated in a busy gym with other clients.
Validation of your concerns — you will always be validated in your concerns and never dismissed or told that your symptoms are normal for your stage of life.
Address all your pelvic health questions and issues — I believe in a whole-body approach and will not only treat what your provider or insurance carrier deems appropriate.
IMPACTFUL WORDS FROM OUR PEOPLE
“I don't have pelvic floor therapy nearby and jumped at the chance to work with Dr. Loni virtually…she was encouraging of what I was doing well and thorough and kind about what I could implement to improve my symptoms. I started noticing improvements the very next day! Her follow-up is also fast and thorough, including a custom exercise review sheet based on YOUR needs and demonstration videos she makes herself…Dr. Loni is also personable and not intimidating, as some healthcare professionals can be. I didn't feel like I missed anything by being a virtual patient and will happily continue my care with Dr. Loni for the foreseeable future.”
— Jalina
Loni has truly been so incredible to work with. Having never done physical therapy before I was kind of intimated going into the whole process but she has literally made the process feel so easy. She’s so easy to talk to, makes you feel so comfortable & is the first to celebrate any and every win with you. Having only gone to her for the last three or so months, I’ve already seen so much progress & I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend! She is the best.
—Sierra
“I have dealt with tailbone pain for years and assumed it was just something I was going to have to live with. I saw Dr. Loni for 3 visits and she completely alleviated my pain. I can’t believe I can sit now without using a cushion.”
— Anna
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Loni is so insanely helpful! I loved working with her after having my daughter via c-section & wish I had found her sooner rather than 7mo PP. I had a stiff belly, and lots of pain prior to seeing her. Within a few visits my belly was already looking and feeling better! she always made me feel comfortable, cared for & heard. Genuinely appreciate her! She’s beyond knowledgeable & always answered questions I had. Thank you Loni!!!!!
