Meet Your Pelvic Floor Therapists

Dr. Loni, PT, DPT, PCES

Hey, I’m Loni, Essentials Pelvic Therapy & Wellness Founder, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist

and I’m so happy you’re here.

I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2018. I have been practicing locally in Northwest Arkansas as a pelvic floor therapist ever since.

My passion for launching my own practice came after years of treating women in this area and seeing the lack of a specialized, private pelvic health clinic that is able to provide 1:1 individualized care. I also am proud to serve women in the comfort of their own homes for care as well.

I am a lifelong learner and have taken extensive training to become a Pregnancy & Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist, as well as additional training in treating pelvic pain, pain with sex, and becoming trauma-informed. I am in the process of completing my Pelvic Rehab Fertility Certification and am proud to be the sole specialist in the Northwest Arkansas region.

I exclusively treat those who are experiencing pelvic health conditions —including urinary incontinence/frequency/urgency/retention, bowel dysfunction and constipation, pelvic pain -including pain with intercourse/tampons/gynecological exams, low back pain/tailbone pain/symphysis pubis dysfunction, peri-post menopausal, pregnancy and postpartum care, scar tissue, endometriosis and abdominal adhesions, and diastasis recti abdominis (DRA).

I take a proactive to teach you how to truly connect with your pelvic floor (not just kegels) and help you with holistic wellness surrounding pelvic health.

I live in Springdale with my husband, Riley, and two young daughters, Cece & Chloe. I enjoy spending time with my family, love to grab a cup of local coffee or make a fun mocktail, and I enjoy being active and outdoors. You’ll find me at the lake, park, or farmers market on most weekends. When I’m not chasing around two toddlers, I love to read a good book or listen to a podcast.

I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Dr. Jackie, PT, DPT

Meet Dr. Jackie, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Dr. Jackie has been practicing pelvic floor physical therapy for the last 10+ years. Dr. Jackie received her pelvic floor training through APTA (American Physical Therapy Association). She has advanced training in dry needling (including the pelvic floor), visceral fascial mobilization, and female athlete population for adapting to higher level exercise.

Dr. Jackie is passionate about connecting with patients, root cause healing, and is dedicated to treating the whole person. As a trauma-informed therapist, she recognizes the impact this has and is dedicated to providing high-quality care. Dr. Jackie worked as a pelvic floor therapist for the US Army in various roles for 7 years. During this time, she created and provided education and exercise prescription for pregnant + postpartum soldiers.

Dr. Jackie’s favorite thing about being a pelvic floor therapist is “getting to meet people where they are in some of the most vulnerable or frustrating situations and helping them feel empowered and have better quality of life. I love creating a safe space to address real struggles and celebrating successes whether that means not leaking when they hit a PR in their sport or being able to enjoy connecting with their partner without worrying about pain.”
