Fertility Program
I have taken an extensive certification and coursework to work towards becoming a Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist -the only provider in the Northwest Arkansas region specializing in this area.
I am here for you whether you are ready to begin your fertility journey, looking to improve the outcome of your IUI or IVF cycle, or simply looking for support during the pre-conception period.
We can work together by utilizing manual hands-on therapy to release adhesions, improve scar tissue, and improve blood flow to the reproductive organs. I provide nutritional education and support, supplement counseling, as well as in-depth cycle tracking and assessment so you are not alone in this journey.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (also known as CFT -The Gillespie Approach) is a specialized therapy that is a very gentle technique combining and blending cranial sacral therapy, myo-fascial release, and dental techniques. CFT sessions are designed to gently unwind and release fascial strain for optimal mobility and better brain function.
These sessions are very nourishing to the nervous system and amazing for trauma recovery as well. This technique is gentle enough for all ages —I often see the best results when mom or parents receive this with their kiddos as our nervous systems are so closely tied to each other.
CFT might be for you or your family if you are experiencing or have experienced:
-Birth or delivery trauma, interstitial cystitis, migraine/headaches, concussion, TMJ/TMD, back/neck pain, digestive issues, sinus and eye pain, anxiety/depression, disturbances in sleep, airway issues, tongue tie, reflux/colic, teeth clenching-grinding, scars, bedwetting, ADHD/ADD
How I Serve You
-
Located in a private treatment room inside Downtown Acupuncture in Downtown Springdale. Sessions are always 1 on 1 in a private comfy treatment room. I strive to take the sterile medical room out of it and ensure you are comfortable. I will listen to your story, perform a comprehensive evaluation, and develop an action plan to get to the root cause of your symptoms. Treatment always begins on Day 1.
-
I come to you in the comfort of your own home. These will be 60 minute 1 on 1 sessions. I will listen to your story, perform a comprehensive evaluation, and develop an action plan to get to the root cause of your symptoms. Treatment always begins on Day 1. *Don’t worry about a messy house or dogs -I have toddlers and golden retrievers so I’m used to it all*
-
45 minutes spent 1 on 1. I am origioally from a small town with ~1,200 population. I know it can be hard to travel for specialized care and am confident in providing virtual pelvic health education/coaching to help you reach your goals. You will receive a comprehensive assessment and history intake, education and an individualized home exercise program. You will receive a detailed email summary and have access to me via email/call/text after your session.
*In-Network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Payment varies based on plan —I will gladly look up your plan prior to receiving services.

I am in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I provide out-of-network care for other insurance providers and will provide a super-bill upon request to file directly with your insurance.
-
If you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield -this varies based on your individual plan. Often times, there is an associated co-pay or co-insurance after meeting your deductible. I gladly look up your insurance plan and can provide you an estimate prior to services.
Providing cash based physical therapy means I can provide a coded super bill but do not submit to insurance on your behalf. This model allows me to do what I love- treat you, without catering to insurance. Head to my pricing guide or direct booking link to lean more about pricing.

In the state of Arkansas, a physical therapist can evaluate and treat clients without an order or referral from a physician. This is great news for you, because you don’s have to jump through hoops to get started with your care.
I gladly work with your existing care providers and also provider referrals to additional providers as needed.
